Childrens' Education

Anna (Calgary)

I am a SAHM of 5 years, married for 10. Both kids have delays. 1 is autistic and the other potentially autistic. My grade 1er attends a 50% homeschool and 50% normal school right now.

In order to register both kids for this school, I need my husbands' signature on the forms. In order for him to sign the school forms, he wants me to sign a document stating that I will never pursue or accept money or any other support from him as long as I make the educational decisions for the kids until grade 6.

My question is, does that mean if we were to get divorced or seperated, I am waiving my rights to Child Support from him? Is that legal to do so? I do not care about the spousal support.
